The real guacamole has only a few ingredients but it can be eaten with many foods- not only tortilla chips. You can serve it as a side to your chicken/meat, you can add it to your tacos, quesadillas, you can use it instead of mayo for a sandwich...it goes well with everything!

  • 3 ripe avocados

  • 1 tomato

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • 1/2 onion

  • 1 jalapeno

  • cilantro


  1. Wash and chop your vegetables

  2. Half the avocados and remove the pit. Scoop all the inside and put it in a bowl, then mash it.

  3. Add the chopped tomato and any of the optional ingredients

  4. Add the lemon juice. You can add 1/2 of the juice first and check if you like it that way, otherwise add the rest).

  5. Season with salt and pepper
