1 cucumber
1/4 cup feta cheese
1/8 dried cranberries
1-2 tsp low sodium soy sauce or tamari sauce
1 tsp olive oil
Wash and slice the cucumber, put it i a bowl.
Crumble the feta cheese and add it to the cucumbers
Add the cranberries, soy sauce/tamari and the olive oil. Mix all the ingrediets.
