Easy Cucumber Salad

You will be surprised with how easy but tasty this salad can be. Just a few ingredients and you have a nice snack or a side for your meals.

2 portions 



  • 1 cucumber

  • 1/4 cup feta cheese

  • 1/8 dried cranberries

  • 1-2 tsp low sodium soy sauce or tamari sauce

  • 1 tsp olive oil


  1. Wash and slice the cucumber, put it i a bowl.

  2. Crumble the feta cheese and add it to the cucumbers

  3. Add the cranberries, soy sauce/tamari and the olive oil. Mix all the ingrediets.

  4. Enjoy all the time you have left, as you chose such an easy recipe!
