4 cups arugula
1 tomato
200g fresh mozzarella cheese or baked tofu
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
5 basil leaves, chopped
1 tsp fresh oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Wash the vegetables. Cut the tomato and the cheese/tofu in slices
In a plate, put a bed of arugula and arrange the tomato slices and the cheese on top.
Drizzle with the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and sprinkle salt pepper and chopped basil and oregano.
Take a picture of it and put it on FB and IG (it will look beautiful!), then enjoy it!
