4 cups baby kale, washed
1/2 cup kidney beans, cooked or canned
1/2 cup corn, frozen or canned
1 avocado, sliced

Wash the vegetables and open the cans if using any. Stray the beans and corn if they come from a can.
Mix the baby kale, beans, corn.
Top the salad with avocado slices and drizzle the dressing on top
