Can I eat tacos if I am the client of a Registered Dietitian?

I think you can!

Meeting with a Registered Dietitian does not mean eating food that is tasteless. While salads can be delicious and nourishing, normal comfort and traditional foods also have  the potential to be nutrient dense and provide you with protein, vitamins, antioxidants... and also allow you to enjoy the flavours and the company of friends and family. 

I grew up in Mexico, and I love tacos and have them regularly at home. I try to include vegetables with my tacos (and with most of my food) and practice moderation. I love meeting with clients and help them find the way to include enough nutrients, feel more energy, achieve health, and all that while eating their own cultural foods- or a mix of different flavours!
